Main Features:
1. Production capacity: The daily capacity of the traditional one is about 3 tons and the one of Tongda’s four-pipe extrusion line is 5-8 tons.
2. Power consumption: For per ton output, the power consumption of the traditional on is 200Kwh and Tongda’s four-pipe extrusion line is 80Kwh.
3. Water and air consumption: Tongda’s optimized cooling water channel and air circuit make the water and air consumption is 25% of the one of the traditional one.
4. The floor area: Tongda’s haul-off and cutter is in all-in-one design and the floor area is about half of the traditional one.
5. Manpower resources: The number of the necessary staff for both of the extrusion lines is two.
6. The noise pollution: The saw of traditional cutter makes piercing noise while Tongda’s chip-less cutter cutting without noise.
7. Dust pollution: The traditional saw cutting cause severe dust pollution and the material tend to be wasted. And the one of Tongda’s chip-less cutting causes no dust.
